Position Overview:
Korhorn Financial Group is seeking a Personal Lines Insurance Sales Representative to help individuals and families find the right coverage for their needs. This is a relationship-driven role focused on guiding clients through important decisions and building long-term trust.

Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to understand their insurance needs
- Provide quotes and coverage recommendations for personal lines products
- Build strong, long-term client relationships
- Follow up on leads and active opportunities
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Work closely with the service team to ensure a smooth client experience
- Property & Casualty license preferred or willingness to obtain
- Sales or client-facing experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
- Comfortable using agency management systems and basic computer tools
