Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Broker Success Manager responsible for relationship management, inbound and outbound calls, and providing comprehensive support to brokers across various markets. This role involves managing assigned carrier responsibilities, requiring in-depth product knowledge, and supporting growth initiatives. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support the team’s goals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support company growth campaigns and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with local leadership to drive growth efforts.
  • Assist with agent certifications and ensure compliance with carrier and regulatory standards.
  • Manage RTS agents for assigned carriers, maintaining effective communication and support.
  • Update and maintain the agent database to ensure accurate and current information.
  • Provide agent support on growth opportunities, product training, and updates.
  • Utilize tools and resources to support agents effectively.
  • File agent events and ensure proper documentation and compliance.
  • Manage lead distribution and follow-up processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, fostering trust and collaboration.
  • Uphold and embody company values in all interactions and support activities.

Qualifications:

  • Valid life and health insurance license required; must obtain license within 90 days of hire, if not already licensed.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
  • Proven ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and effectively.
  • Prior experience in agent or broker support is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of insurance products and carrier requirements is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Work Hours:
This is an in-office position, working Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Occasional longer hours may be required during peak seasons.
