Servicing Financial Advisor

Job Description

We are seeking a CFP® for a Servicing Financial Advisor role to support our advisory team in delivering high-quality, client-centered financial planning and wealth management services. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who is building a long-term career in wealth management and wants hands-on experience working with clients, planning processes, and an experienced team.

The Servicing Financial Advisor will work closely with lead advisors to prepare financial plans, support client relationships, and gradually take on more responsibility in meetings, analysis, and ongoing service.

Key Responsibilities

• Support lead advisors in preparing comprehensive financial plans, including retirement, investment, tax, insurance, and estate planning analysis
• Assist with client meeting preparation, follow-up, and documentation
• Participate in client meetings as appropriate and gradually take on client-facing responsibilities
• Conduct investment and financial analysis using planning and portfolio management software
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in the firm’s CRM and planning systems
• Collaborate with internal team members to ensure a high level of client service
• Stay current on industry trends, planning strategies, and regulatory requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• CFP® certification or current enrollment in a CFP® Certification program
• 3 years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or a related role
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Professional demeanor and ability to build trust with clients
• Proficiency with financial planning and CRM software
