Our staff of veterinarians, nutritionists, livestock specialists and support staff partner with farmers and ranchers to solve problems on their operations by improving animal health, increasing performance, and improving profitability.

Join our Team as a Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in maintaining the seamless operation and organization of our warehouse, focusing on precise handling and distribution of products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately mix, fill, and label prescription pharmaceutical preparations.
• Conduct quality control checks on mixed custom shots.
• Merchandise the front store area and maintain inventory location assignments.
• Pick, pack, and ship animal health products with precision.
• Perform frequent cycle counts and address inventory issues.
• Handle shipping and receiving requests efficiently.
• Conduct daily temperature checks on refrigeration units.
• Communicate inventory needs effectively with the warehouse manager.
• Follow safety protocols and report any issues to the manager.
• Assist customers as needed and ensure a positive experience.
• Enter sales orders and assemble cooler boxes for shipments.
• Stock and refill shipping supplies regularly.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Operate forklift when necessary and follow Hazmat shipping procedures.
• Individual will undergo an in-depth training program on animal health products and nutrition.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be self-motivated and work well in a team environment
• Basic computer and math skills and be detail oriented.
• Exceptional customer service skills – will work with customers on an individual basis, mixing and filling orders
• Shipping and receiving of products
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required.

Compensation:

• Base pay with bonus opportunities available.
