About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscape Crew Member / Foreman to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in high-quality work, and has experience leading or supporting a landscaping crew. The Foreman will help oversee daily operations, ensure projects are completed efficiently, and maintain a positive, productive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance and installation tasks
• Operate landscaping equipment safely (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
• Lead and supervise crew members on job sites (Foreman role)
• Ensure work is completed on schedule and meets quality standards
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working condition
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping experience is a plus (3+ years Foreman applicants)
• Prior leadership or crew supervision experience (Foreman applicants)
• Prior experience pulling a trailer
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
• Reliable transportation and punctuality

Preferred Skills

• Experience with landscape construction
• Ability to read landscape plans (Foreman level)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
