Shipping and Receiving Admin -  Cold Warehouse
Location:  Denton, TX
Pay:  $18.00 per hour

Shift Available:

• 1st Shift:  Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Receiver  to join our team in Denton, TX. This position is responsible for receiving and verifying inbound shipments, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining inventory accuracy within a cold storage warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, experience with warehouse receiving processes, and the ability to work in refrigerated and freezer conditions.

• Verify incoming shipments using a 3-way match process (PO, BOL, and physical count)  and document any discrepancies.

• Accurately read and verify expiration dates and lot numbers  on inbound products.

• Complete all receiving paperwork  accurately and in a timely manner.

• Enter receiving transactions using a handheld scanner or similar device .

• Input receiving data into the Warehouse Management System (WMS)  as required.

• Maintain a clean and safe work area  while following health and safety policies, GMP standards, and quality procedures.

• Work in refrigerated environments (34°ree;F)  for the duration of the shift.

• Work in the freezer (0°ree;F)  when required.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent  required.

• 1+ year of experience  in a similar role.

• Warehouse receiving experience preferred.

• Experience operating a pallet jack .

• Ability to consistently meet quantity and quality performance standards .

• Ability to accurately complete receiving documentation and records .

• Strong manual dexterity  for repetitive tasks.

• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours  during the shift.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs  as needed.
