Job Description

Job Duties

• Package food products according to company and customer specifications
• Inspect products for quality, freshness, and proper labeling
• Weigh, seal, and label packaged items accurately
• Assemble boxes, cartons, and packaging materials
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety standards
• Remove defective or damaged products from the production line
• Assist with palletizing and preparing orders for shipment
• Monitor product dates and ensure proper rotation (FIFO)
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors
• Meet daily production goals and maintain efficiency standards
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Lift up to 30–40 lbs
• Perform repetitive hand and arm movements
• Work in cold or temperature-controlled environments
