Job Description

Warehouse Associate - Candidates must have prior warehouse or material handling experience to be considered.

Location: Carson City, NV
Pay: $20–$23 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time

Position Overview

This role supports shipping and receiving, inventory accuracy, material identification, and overall warehouse organization in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable performing physically demanding work.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials to ensure compliance with company specifications
• Perform shipping, receiving, cycle counts, and physical inventory
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment to load and unload trucks
• Utilize inventory management systems (MMIS) to track materials
• Pull, stage, and distribute materials, including field deliveries
• Monitor inventory levels and report low or out-of-stock items
• Coordinate returns, recalls, and reclaimed inventory
• Maintain warehouse organization, pipe inventory, and housekeeping standards
• Provide contractor support and counter assistance
• Assist with general facility maintenance and other assigned duties

Qualifications (Required)

• Minimum 2 years of recent warehouse or material handling experience required to be considered
• Experience with inventory control, stock classification, and shipping/receiving procedures
• Basic computer skills and experience using inventory or warehouse systems
• Ability to operate a forklift or obtain forklift certification
• Pass a background check and drug screen
• Ability to perform physically demanding work and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Willingness to work shifts, overtime, holidays, and alternate locations as needed
• Ability to wear required PPE and company-issued uniforms
• Strong attendance, reliability, and work ethic required
