Job Description

SUMMARY  

Assembles and Packages components into finished systems.  Completes assemblies according to written work instructions and tests according to procedures for acceptance.  Receives and records incoming shipments according to written work instructions.  Prepares items for shipment and maintain records for outgoing shipments.   

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following but not limited to. 

• Understand all processes and all parts of the QMS and applies to documented information both required by ISO 13485:201, FDA 21 CFR Part 820 and determined by the organization as being necessary for the effectiveness of the QMS system as it relates to the work, they perform that affects quality and safety.  
• Help ensure quality standards are being met by identifying potential issues or problems with components.  
• Assembles components as per written procedures. 
• Package systems with all necessary components and marketing materials for shipment. 
• Verify assemblies by comparing against standards, approved samples, and written specifications. 
• Complete in-process inspection documentation to ensure quality standards are being met. 
• Oversee outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments both domestic and international. 
• Direct and maintain movement of inventory from inspection area to storage area within warehouse. 
• Keep equipment operational by completing preventative maintenance requirements and notifying Operations Manager if outside maintenance is required. 
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.  
• Maintain supplies for production area by checking inventory levels, anticipating needed supplies, and notifying supervisor of needed items.

working environment and conducts self in a manner that establishes and maintains   

harmonious, productive relationships with coworkers, superiors, and customers.
