Eijkelkamp North America was founded in 2015 and has steadily grown ever since. We are a subsidiary of Royal Eijkelkamp, a Dutch based industry leader in equipment for soil and water related projects. We are a team that values working hard but also finding enjoyment in the work we do.

The Warehouse Associate assists with day-to-day warehouse and shipping activities to support the efficient operation of the warehouse. This position helps receive incoming shipments, fulfill customer orders, and conduct inventory audits.

Responsibilities:

  1. Warehouse Operations:
    • Help receive incoming shipments from suppliers, verifying that the correct items, quantities, and purchase orders are received.
    • Unload, inspect, and properly store incoming inventory in designated locations.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, adhering to safety regulations and best practices.
    • Ensure incoming items are accurately recorded in warehouse software.
  2. Order Fulfillment:
    • Review sales orders to identify items ready for shipment.
    • Help pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and proper packaging to prevent damage or loss during transit.
    • Record shipment details, including tracking numbers and carrier information, in warehouse software.
  3. Inventory Management:
    • Help conduct the annual full inventory audit and quarterly interim audits.
    • Assist with cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records in warehouse software.

Skills Required:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and shipping documentation.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teammates.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in inventory software (we use Odoo) a big plus but not required.
