Warehouse Associate

Job Description

Location: Edgewood, NY
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Some Saturdays required based on season/workload)

• Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently

• Load windows and doors into customer and vendor vehicles

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments

• Pick and prepare customer orders for factory pickup and shipping

• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory control

• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and running smoothly

• Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks

• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines

• Support additional warehouse duties as needed

• 1–2 years of warehouse or operations experience

• Experience in a distribution or wholesale environment preferred

• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain one)

• Strong communication skills (English – verbal and written)

• Detail-oriented with excellent organization and follow-through

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting

• A team player with a positive, professional attitude

• Strong work ethic and pride in quality workmanship

Physical Requirements:

The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, talk, hear and lift 50+ pounds regularly with and without the assistance of machines. The employee can expect to work in a favorable warehouse environment.
