*RESPONSIBILITIES*
* *Provide exceptional customer service* by developing in-depth knowledge of all products and offering personalized recommendations.
* *Drive sales and deliver an outstanding customer experience*, meeting operational goals and expectations.
* *Consistently meet personal and productivity goals* to contribute to team success.
* *Engage with every customer* by asking open-ended questions to assess their needs and offer tailored solutions.
* *Learn and share expertise* on products, trends, and best practices to help customers make informed decisions.
* *Stay updated on product knowledge* and be aware of current and upcoming trends to anticipate customer needs.
* *Foster a positive work environment*, acting as a bridge between customers and sales associates.
* *Supervise and perform opening and closing duties*, ensuring store readiness and adherence to procedures.
* *Assist with inventory management* and order processing to maintain stock levels.
* *Lead and assist staff members* by providing guidance, training, and support when needed.
* *Additional responsibilities* as required to support store operations.
*QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES*
* *At least 1 year of experience* in a retail management, shift lead, or senior sales role.
* *Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Suite* for reporting, scheduling, and communication.
* *Self-motivated and proactive,* with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
* *Strong leadership, coaching, and training skills* to guide and develop your team.
* *Adaptable and resourceful,* with the ability to quickly adjust to changes in product trends, store policies, and other business needs.
This job is expected to start mid-February!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
