Responsibilities
Sales & Client Acquisition
Proactively generate leads and build a pipeline of prospective clients.
Conduct needs-based assessments to recommend appropriate insurance products.
Present and sell Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance policies.
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Customer Service & Retention
Provide exceptional service to existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Handle policy renewals, endorsements, and claims support.
Educate clients on coverage options and policy changes.
Compliance & Licensing
Maintain active licenses in Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance.
Ensure all sales and service activities comply with state and federal regulations.
Stay current with industry trends, product updates, and continuing education requirements.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with senior agents and agency leadership to support business goals.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and community outreach events.
Requirements
Active insurance licenses in Property & Casualty and Life & Health (or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe).
Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Attributes
Bilingual abilities (if applicable).
Familiarity with local market and community.
Commitment to ethical practices and client-first service.
