We are looking for a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to engage with clients, provide tailored insurance options, and maintain strong client relationships. This position offers an hourly base salary plus commission, with earning potential ranging from $40,000 - $60,000 (starting base salary: $20) , depending on performance and experience. Top earners have the potential to earn $80,000+!

Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients to present insurance options and answer their questions.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to tailor insurance policies to individual client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and superior customer service.
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and share best practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client databases and documentation.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product changes, and policy updates to effectively communicate value to clients.
Requirements
- Licensing: UT Property & Casualty License (must be obtained within 90 days of hire). We will assist with Licensing.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales is preferred but not necessary.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to effectively interact with clients.
- Customer Focus: Strong dedication to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Team Player: Ability to work well in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
