Warehouse Associate
Pay: $15-$18 DOE
Location: South Asheville 28803
Assignment type: Temporary (April - October)
Schedule: 8 AM - 4:30 PM
An HVAC company in the South Asheville area is seeking a Warehouse Associate. This role involves pull and prepare orders for shipment, receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming material, and ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, safe, and secure at all times.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a non-climate controlled environment, possess previous experience with order pickers and forklifts, and be comfortable with heights of up to 25 feet.
Requirements:
-6 months of recent experience with order pickers
-6 months of recent sit down forklift experience
-Previous warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery and inventory.
-Able to safely lift 50-100 pounds
-Comfortable with heights up to 25 feet
-Able to read and understand work orders
-HVAC product knowledge or willingness to learn
