Responsibilities:
- Passionately prospect for new customers with life and disability insurance protection needs.
- Cross sell life and disability insurance products to agencies existing customers.
- Conduct customer needs analysis to identify the amount and type of insurance protection needed to meet their individual needs
- Consistently meet monthly sales objectives.
Qualifications:
- MUST possess an active WV Life & Health Insurance License in good standing.
- High level of self motivation and drive.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well as part of a team, as well as individually to meet agency production goals.
