1pm Shift- Warehouse Receiver

Job Description

This energetic position in Riverside involves coordinating shipping and receiving, inbound and outbound shipments, accurately receiving, off loading materials from trucks of up to 50lbs daily manually, picking and packing orders, and maintaining optimal stock levels. Shift Hrs

1st shift 3am-12:30pm + Daily OT and weekends when needed.

2nd shift 1pm-9:30pm + Daily OT and weekends when needed.

Starting Pay Rate

$20.00/hr

Duties:

· Receive, off loading trucks manually up to 50lbs, inspect, and verify incoming equipment, materials, and supplies

· Extensive data entry, Document receipts, discrepancies, and damages; update inventory systems accordingly

· Prepare, pack, label, and ship outbound orders to job sites, vendors, and customers

· Stage and organize materials for scheduled projects and deliveries

· Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control and accuracy

· Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

· Coordinate with logistics, purchasing, and project teams to meet shipping deadlines

· Assist with general warehouse and material-handling tasks as needed

Qualifications:

· 1+ year of shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred

· Basic computer skills: experience with inventory or ERP systems is a plus

· Ability to read packing slips, shipping documents, and work orders

· Strong attention to detail and time-management skills

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse/yard environment

Work Environment:

· Warehouse and outdoor yard environment

· Regular standing, walking, lifting, and material handling
