Raw Material Coordinator

Job Description

The Raw Material Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of materials and supplies within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a keen understanding of raw materials, and experience with various inventory management systems.

Duties

• Certified to operate forklift equipment; sit down, stand up, and clamp.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely delivery of materials to the production area.
• Maintain optimal stock levels
• Review production schedule board daily, to confirm production priorities.
• Monitor warehouse operations to ensure proper storage and handling of materials.
• Ensure all material movement transactions are recorded.
• Count, stack, and wrap materials returned to stock after material order is complete.
• Ability to measure/count material access inventory levels are accurate.
• Load and unload trucks
• Cycle count material on a daily basis.
• Ability to accurately utilize measuring caliper

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse operations
• Must have forklift experience
• Must have raw materials experience
• Must have strong math skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and suppliers.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
