We are looking for Warehouse Associate Forklift Operator and Tugger  in our recycling division to join our fortune 500 growing team. We are looking for candidates with the following experience: Looking for candidates for 2nd  shift,  hours are 4:00pm-12:30am  and Pay Rate is $17.66  and we are looking Tugger Drivers Forklift Operators and Heavy Lifters !

• Perform required pre-shift equipment inspections and document.
• The Warehouse personal is required to handle waste management in our customer facility, picking up trash and recyclables, bring it in for processing.
• Communicates information effectively to internal team members and external customers in a professional manner, which contributes to servicing the customer and collaboration.
• Responsibilities:
• They will be responsible to preform per-shift inspections on all equipment they operate. Maintain and use the proper PPE for the task they are preforming. Provide outstanding customer service.
• Perform any other tasks assigned to support and improve the overall team operations. Attend and participate in training and meetings. Maintains work area in a clean, orderly and safe condition. Must be able to stand and lift up to 50 pounds. Push or pull 300lbs in carts of recycling material to connect to tuggers and push into dumpers. Must be able to work over time if required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in materials handling and warehouse operations
• Proficient in operating forklifts, cherry pickers, and clamp trucks
• Familiarity with distribution center processes and order picking
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
• Mechanical knowledge and experience with heavy equipment operation
• Background in shipping and receiving, including RF scanner usage
• Previous experience in a warehouse supervisor role is a plus
