What You’ll Do (and Why It Matters)

This role sits at the intersection of patient care, product expertise, and sales excellence.

You will:

• Help patients understand their vision needs and confidently guide them to the best eyewear solutions
• Build trust quickly through genuine connection and strong communication
• Recommend lenses, frames, and options that improve quality of life—not just check a box
• Deliver a high-end, personalized experience from selection to dispense
• Troubleshoot and problem-solve with ownership, even in complex situations
• Support optical operations including ordering, inventory, and merchandising
• Collaborate with doctors and team members to ensure seamless patient care
• Stay current on products, trends, and technology to continually elevate your expertise

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Sales and/or customer service experience required
• Optical experience or ABO certification is a plus
• Willingness to learn, grow, and be coached
