As an Onsite Technician, you'll be the go-to person for all things tech at our Donauwörth site. Get ready to wow users with your skills and can-do attitude!What you'll do: Be the first point of contact for all technical inquiries and issues, providing exceptional service and creative solutions. Take ownership of IT systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting (MS Win 10, MS Active Directory, etc.). Handle hardware/software installations, network configurations, and actively participate in IT projects (rollouts, migrations, hands & eyes support). Analyze, document, and resolve system and application errors effectively.What you'll need: Completed training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or at least 2 years of experience in IT support. Strong experience with the Microsoft environment. Experience working with ticketing systems. Familiarity with Google Environment (Docs/Sheets). Valid driver's license (Class B).
