About
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at Riverbend Pediatric Therapy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients' needs and developing personalized treatment plans to help achieve functional goals. While experience in this setting is a plus, we have a comprehensive training program that includes coursework and 1 on 1 training by our experienced pediatric OT team.

*Duties*
* Conduct comprehensive assessments.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
* Stay current with best practices in occupational health and therapy techniques.
*Qualifications*
* Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
* Valid state licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist.
* Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and occupational health principles.
* Familiarity with early intervention strategies and working with individuals on the autism spectrum is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
