As a 2nd Level Support specialist, you'll be the go-to person for all things tech, ensuring our users experience the "Wow" factor every day. Your Responsibilities: Be the first point of contact for technical inquiries and issues, providing top-notch support and creative solutions. Take ownership of IT system setup and maintenance, including MS Win 10 and MS Active Directory. Handle hardware/software installation, network configuration, and actively participate in IT projects (rollouts, migrations, hands-on support). Analyze, document, and resolve system and application errors effectively.Your Skills: Completed training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or 2+ years of experience in IT support. Strong experience with the Microsoft environment. Proficiency in using ticketing systems.
