As an Onsite Technician, you'll be the go-to person for all things tech in Ottobrunn, ensuring our users have a smooth and enjoyable experience. What you'll do: Be the first point of contact for technical inquiries and issues, providing creative solutions with a smile. Take ownership of IT systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting (MS Win 10, MS Active Directory, etc.). Handle hardware/software installations, network configurations, and actively participate in IT projects (rollouts, migrations, hands & eyes support). Analyze and document system and application errors, ensuring timely resolution.What you'll need: Completed apprenticeship as IT Specialist for System Integration or 2+ years of experience in IT support. Strong experience with the Microsoft environment. Experience working with ticketing systems. Familiarity with Google Environment (Docs/Sheets). Driver's license class B.
