Job Description

• In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods, furniture, and equipment while providing exceptional customer service
• Your energetic approach will ensure timely deliveries, smooth loading and unloading processes, and a positive experience for our clients

• Safely operate various vehicles including box trucks and courier vans to deliver goods across designated routes
• Load and unload items using heavy lifting techniques, pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), or manual handling methods
• Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Assist with moving furniture or equipment in residential or commercial settings, ensuring items are transported securely
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections, report any maintenance needs, and adhere to all safety protocols
• Maintain clear documentation of deliveries, pickups, and route logs for accountability and efficiency
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members to coordinate schedules and address any delivery concerns
