Job Title: General Labor / Warehouse Associate
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Industry: Third-Party Logistics (3PL) / Distribution

We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Labor / Warehouse Associates to join our fast-paced 3PL distribution team in Phoenix, AZ. This role is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations including loading, unloading, order picking, packing, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Shift Hrs: 8:00am-4:30pm M-F, must be open to OT

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload containers, trailers, and trucks efficiently
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment based on customer requirements
• Perform palletizing, shrink wrapping, and labeling of products
• Move materials using pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper handling and scanning (RF scanners if applicable)
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred (3PL experience a plus)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with RF scanners or WMS systems
• Experience in picking, packing, and shipping/receiving

Work Environment:

• Standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods
• Overtime may be required based on business needs
