Job Description

Job Summary:
We are currently hiring a Warehouse Worker II for our 1st shift Packing Team. This role requires individuals who are either experienced in or willing to learn how to operate specialized warehouse equipment, including narrow aisle trucks and forklifts. You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy and safety — especially when involved in pick/pack and put-away operations.
What will you do?
Process customer orders daily to meet their expectations
Work in one or more process paths; receiving, picking, packing, or shipping.
Package and label shipments according to standard operating procedures and complete documentation requirements for hazardous materials
Help make sure inventory is stored properly
Work with your team to ensure everyone has a positive work experience Thermo Fisher Scientific
Key Responsibilities:
Operate swing reach trucks, stand-up forklifts, and order pickers (training available if needed)
Accurately sort cartons onto pallets and prepare products for shipment
Put away inventory using warehouse management systems and equipment
Potentially pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
Follow all company safety and compliance guidelines
