What You’ll Do
* *Lead Installations:* Take charge of installing, replacing, and upgrading residential and light commercial boiler systems.
* *Mentor & Guide:* Train and support junior techs, ensuring the team works efficiently, safely, and with top-notch craftsmanship.
* *Be the Expert:* Troubleshoot issues, recommend solutions, and be the go-to boiler guru on the team.
* *Customer Comfort:* Interact with homeowners and clients, ensuring they feel confident, comfortable, and cared for.
* *Set the Pace:* Uphold the high standards Hummingbird is known for—quality, professionalism, and integrity in every job.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a boiler installer, with deep knowledge of HVAC systems.
* Strong leadership skills—you enjoy guiding others and setting the tone on the job.
* Ability to problem-solve and adapt in the field.
* EPA Certification and relevant HVAC licenses (or willingness to obtain).
* A positive attitude, team-first mindset, and pride in your craft.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
