Senior Logistics Engineer
to lead a
large-scale warehouse transformation project . This is a high-impact role where you will redesign a
150,000 sq. ft. warehouse , optimizing layout, flow, and efficiency for
1,000+ product lines and 15,000 parts . You’ll work alongside a small, expert team to architect a best-in-class warehouse environment focused on
efficiency, ergonomics, and scalability . Key Responsibilities: Design and implement optimized warehouse layouts and product flow strategies. Lead warehouse transformation initiatives to maximize space utilization and efficiency. Apply
lean principles
to streamline operations and improve process flow. Plan and configure product handling systems and warehouse operations. Analyze performance metrics (cost & service) and drive continuous improvement. Manage end-to-end warehouse design projects and setup of new product lines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution. What You Bring: Bachelor’s Degree (required). Senior-level experience in
warehouse design and optimization. Expertise in
CAD tools
for layout and design planning. Hands-on experience with
SAP S/4 HANA
(non-IT functional role). Strong decision-making skills with the ability to own warehouse design outcomes. Knowledge of
SQL, Tableau , or database systems (plus). Familiarity with
PIT and warehouse equipment
