Each member of the team is aligned to one or more clients and works closely with other Data Science team members, our clients, and colleagues across other disciplines such as: Client Management, Strategy, Media, User Experience, and Technology.In this role you will contribute to data-driven projects across one or more client accounts. You will have support from data leadership and fellow analysts.Core areas of focus for this group include applications in measurement planning and strategy, customer segmentations, testing frameworks, measurement and optimization solutions, performance reporting and analyses, personalization, and forecasting.ResponsibilitiesRole SummaryAct as the paid media analytics subject matter expert, providing strategic input and in-depth analysis of platform performanceUnderstand paid media and how it interacts in a full-funnel marketing mixDemonstrate marketing business acumen and how our data services fit into client strategies and objectivesCollaborate cross-functionally with media planners, strategists, and activation teams to align goals, manage timelines, and ensure data accuracy across deliverablesLead client readouts, define requirements and implementation of data tools and productsSKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIESData StrategyIdentify key issues and objectives to focus on for internal and client needs with minimal oversightApply holistic strategic thinking to elevate either a client's: 1) marketing goals or 2) data sophistication and maturity forward. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
