Self-motivated, results-orientedQualificationsRequired Qualifications Bachelor's degreeExperience with traffic analysis and traffic engineering/designRequires professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the location of the position offered. Example: Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng) license.Detailed hands on experience conducting traffic design using CAD platforms including MicroStation, Autocad and Guide Sign softwareDetailed hands on experience conducting operational analysis using a variety of analysis and modeling tools specific to support job duties, including HCS, Synchro, VISSIM, and AimsunDetailed hands on experience conducting safety analysis using a variety of safety software tools including Highway Safety SoftwareProficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, WordStrong verbal and written skillsAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a mustWhat We BelieveHDR is our company.
