Quality Engineer County Cavan Location: County Cavan Type: Full-time, Permanent We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our team in County Cavan.

This is an exciting opportunity to work across all areas of a complex manufacturing environment, gaining a deep understanding of processes, systems, and product quality.
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and improving our quality management systems, driving continuous improvement, and supporting operational excellence.
Comprehensive training and development will be provided.
Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain quality documentation including work instructions, procedures, and records within ISO management systems.
Conduct internal audits and support external audit processes.
Review and enhance systems and processes to maintain compliance and improve performance.
Work closely with production teams to ensure quality protocols are followed and documentation is accurate.
Support inspection and testing of products, components, and processes against predefined standards.
Monitor and ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements across the manufacturing facility.
Analyse quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Conduct statistical analysis of manufacturing data and prepare quality reports for management.
Liaise with external partners, including suppliers and customers, on quality matters.
Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
Requirements Degree in Quality, Engineering, or a related discipline.
23 years industrial experience in a similar quality or manufacturing role.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and observational skills.
Excellent organisational and analytical abilities.
Proactive problem-solver with a commitment to maintaining high standards. xcfaprz
