- Daily Rate Contract (12 Months) ?? Dublin, Ireland | Hybrid We're hiring a hands-on Data Scientist to join a busy team supporting products across the UKI & EU.
This role is heavily focused on data understanding and data processing.
You'll work with large, complex, real-world datasets, helping to identify data issues, build robust data pipelines and support product and business decision-making.
You'll need to be confident, proactive and comfortable getting up to speed quickly, as onboarding is light and the team moves fast.
Key Responsibilities Deeply explore and understand complex datasets Build and maintain data processing and analytics solutions (ETL, pipelines) Apply appropriate analytical and statistical techniques Collaborate with product, engineering and technology teams Clearly communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders Mentor and support other team members What We're Looking For Strong experience as a Data Scientist in a production environment xcfaprz Excellent data processing skills; advanced Python (or R) and SQL Comfortable working independently Strong communication skills Experience with cloud platforms (Azure a plus) Nice to have: Experience in insurance, fintech, risk or regulated data environments.
