An opportunity has arisen to join a busy and supportive team in Kilrea as an Internal Sales & Administration Assistant. In this role, you will provide day-to-day support to the internal sales function while carrying out general administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations and a high level of customer service.

What you'll be doing in this role:
- Perform general office administration tasks.
- Maintain organised filing systems (digital and paper).
- Assist with data entry and updating company databases
- Liaise with customers regarding order status, delivery times, and product information.
- Support the sales team in following up quotations and customer communications.
- Provide professional and friendly communication with customers.
- Respond to customer queries and direct them to the appropriate department when necessary.
What you'll need for this role:
- Good organisational and administrative skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, email, CRM systems).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and good time management
