FYZICALⓇ Therapy & Balance Centers in Franklin, NC is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient clinic. We specialize in balance therapy, vestibular rehabilitation, neuro rehab, and orthopedic care, serving patients from Franklin and surrounding communities. Mentorship: Up to 12 months of structured mentorship for new grads or clinicians within 24 months of graduation
Competitive Salary: $80,000–$90,000 base + up to $1,800/month in profit sharing

OCS Residency Programming
Evaluate and treat patients in balance, vestibular, neuro, and orthopedic rehab
Develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care that drives results
Educate patients on injury prevention, safe movement, and wellness
Accurately document patient progress and outcomes
Collaborate with a motivated, mission-driven outpatient clinic team
✅ What You’ll Need:
Current North Carolina PT License
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate from an accredited PT program
Passion for balance, vestibular, neuro, and orthopedic therapy
Open to new graduates and experienced PTs
