This position also includes winter snow removal services. Qualified candidates must be available for on-call shifts during the winter months. Snow removal work is compensated at a separate hourly rate from standard landscaping services. The winter rate is based on experience and will be discussed further during the interview process.
- Lead and supervise a landscaping install crew on job sites to ensure high-quality work and efficient project completion
- Oversee the execution of landscape installation work including softscape planting (trees, shrubs, perennials, annuals) and hardscape installation (pavers, walls, edging, mulch, etc.) to the standard of C+I
- Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with company standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisor to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Support the training and development of crew members
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Utilize mobile applications including LMN and LeanScaper to track daily progress, punch crew members in and out, log materials used, and input relevant site and job information to ensure accurate and up-to-date project records
- Adapt to changing project requirements, weather condition, and shifting priorities as directed
- Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering quality results
