About
We are seeking a data‑driven demand planning specialist with strong analytical skills to support all sales and production sites
- Manage daily demand planning activities and support the creation of forecasts and annual budget planning
- Maintain and update article master data (article codes, production sites, discontinued items)
- Prepare special forecasts for sensitive product categories
- Participate in monthly meetings with all sales and production sites
- Analyze data, identify needs, and develop effective solutions
- Collect and evaluate internal and external data related to demand drivers
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Finance to understand key drivers of the demand forecast
- Support the Business Controller with weekly and monthly sales reporting
- University degree with a focus on demand planning, supply chain, or a controlling‑related area
- Good affinity for numbers and a solid ability to understand data
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); SAP and Jedox experience is a nice bonus
- Good organizational skills and a structured way of working
- Ability to turn data into clear, practical recommendations
- Basic understanding of seasonality and demand patterns
- Enjoys working with cross‑functional teams
- Reliable, responsible, and proactive
- Strong attention to detail
