As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will:

• Bring your expertise: Be a recognized Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong commercial awareness focused on profit and cash.
• Leverage your experience: Have prior experience with Construction Management (CM) projects.
• Manage commercial aspects: Oversee procurement, tendering, contract administration, variations, and management of subcontract works packages through to final account.
• Minimize risks: Keenly analyze costs to maximize value by checking labor, plant, and material expenses.
• Showcase your versatility: Bring broad construction industry experience across various sectors and markets in commercial roles with main contracting organizations.

• Extensive knowledge: Manage multi-million-pound packages on major projects.
• Contract experience: Familiarity with NEC forms of contract.
• Full project lifecycle: Experience from pre-contract through to post-contract phases.
• Large-scale project experience: Background in Construction Management on significant projects.
• Strategic thinker: Ability to analyze internal and external data to guide the strategic direction of the business.
• Educational background: Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related field.
