Package Engineer

Over the next 3 to 4 years, we will be undertaking heavy construction and civil engineering works across various industrial fronts, starting with enabling works in Q3: 2025.

As a key member of our project team, reporting to the Chief Engineer, you will:

• Oversee the design, coordination, and management of multiple sub-contractors across various trades.
• Interface with internal departments and external agencies, including Architects, Engineers, Construction Workers, and Client agents.
• Organize and conduct regular site progress meetings with sub-contractors to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
• Ensure that SRM's obligations to sub-contractors are clearly understood and fulfilled.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Holds a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Can prepare a 3-week look-ahead programme with the assistance of a project planner.
• Has proven experience in package management.
• Experience as a Temporary Works Coordinator is a plus!
• Is knowledgeable about building products, construction details, and relevant regulations and quality standards.
• Is working towards a construction industry-related professional membership (e.g., ICE, CIOB, RICS, CIBSE, IStructE).
