Job Summary
Maintains and secures Ranken Jordan's IT infrastructure and controls. Analyzes risks and threats, provides security recommendations for controls and policies. Works with the IT team and other departments to improve Ranken Jordan's cybersecurity posture and IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain cybersecurity controls, systems, training, and reports

Conduct research to stay current on latest issues affecting healthcare cybersecurity. Work proactively to improve hospital posture to avoid these issues.

Investigate potential security threats or breaches. Engage and coordinate with partners as needed.

Work within the IT Operations group on support tickets, routine operations, and infrastructure projects.

Provide on-call support as part of the IT Operations team rotation
Patient Population Served:
Ranken Jordan is dedicated to delivering services to patients with complex medical needs, including infants, children, and adolescents.
Education and Experience Required:
Cybersecurity certification required - Active ISC2 CISSP, ISACA CISA, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent
3 years' full-time experience in IT system administration or cybersecurity roles required
Experience implementing and administering Office365, Azure, premise Active Directory, Microsoft Server OS required.
Experience with networking and ISE (Cisco, Aruba) strongly preferred
Cybersecurity or IT administration degree preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Ability to work independently or as part of a team, setting and tracking tasks and project work with minimal oversight and periodic reporting.
Strong customer service communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work as a point of escalation for the IT Operations team.
