About
*Essential Duties and Responsibilities*
* Create Test Cases/Test Data Using Software Programs – Coordinating Testing by All Stakeholders
* Work Closely with Business Analysis and Engineering Staff to Ensure Test Cases are Valid
* Document, Track, and Communicate Test Plans, Test Results, Analysis, and Unresolved Problems
* Follow defect tracking processes; including software defect documentation, defect tracking tool (Azure DevOps) utilization, ensuring open defects are monitored and escalated as needed based on aging and priority
* Lead Testing Efforts for Functional Areas
* Develop, maintain and execute automation scripts to ensure sufficient test coverage of Mortgage Connect Applications and APIs
* Participate in automation script code reviews and provide guidance on their compliance with automation best practices
* Design test plans to determine product quality or release readiness
* Partner with Software Engineers, System Integrators, Product Owners to deliver high performing quality customer experiences
* Interact with the product delivery team; participate in product requirement/design reviews to provide input on completeness of functional requirements, product designs, and schedules
* Identify interdependencies, ambiguities or omissions, and make suggestions to improve requirements and ensure usability/testability
* Review software documentation to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, or completeness, with focus to mitigate risks
* Communicate about roadblocks or defects in a clear and concise manner
Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
