As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in our project. Ideally, you will:

• Bring strong commercial awareness with a focus on profit and cash management.
• Have prior experience with Construction Management (CM) projects.
• Manage various commercial aspects including procurement, tendering, contract administration, and subcontract management.
• Minimize risk and cost while maximizing value through diligent cost checking and analysis.
• Possess broad construction industry experience across various sectors and markets.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has extensive knowledge in managing multi-million-pound packages on major projects.
• Is experienced with NEC forms of contract.
• Possesses pre-contract through to post-contract experience.
• Has large-scale project and construction management experience.
• Can apply sound judgment regarding the strategic direction of the business.
• Holds a degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related field.
