*About Us: *TherapyWorks was founded in 1981 and provides speech, physical, occupational, feeding, and aquatic therapy in our Tulsa area clinic and in schools throughout Northeast and Central Oklahoma. We have over 70 employees and are continuing to grow! This position is based in our 12,000+ sq ft south Tulsa clinic.
*Overview:* We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic interdisciplinary team. The OT will focus on helping children achieve developmental milestones and improve their quality of life through therapeutic interventions. This role is crucial in assessing, planning, and implementing individualized therapy programs tailored to each child's specific needs. Pediatric experience in the workforce and/or school is preferred.
*Responsibilities:*
* Conduct comprehensive evaluations of children referred for occupational therapy services.
* Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans.
* Provide therapeutic interventions to children with various developmental delays, disabilities, and sensory processing disorders.
* Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques and modalities to improve children's motor skills, coordination, sensory integration, and daily living activities.
* Monitor and document children's progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
* Educate parents and caregivers on therapeutic strategies and techniques to support their child's progress at home and in other environments.
* Stay current with advances in pediatric occupational therapy through continuing education and professional development activities.
*Requirements:*
* Master’s degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
* Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
* Experience working with children in a clinical or educational setting preferred
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help children reach their full potential.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $33.00 - $42.00 per hour
