We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist, CF or CCC, to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals improve their communication skills and quality of life. This position offers the opportunity to work in various settings, including clinics, schools, and adult service facilties.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments to determine speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual needs
- Provide therapy to patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain detailed records of patient progress and treatment outcomes
Skills:
- Strong physiology knowledge
- Experience in acute care settings
- Proficiency in medical terminology
- Skilled in patient assessment techniques
- Familiarity with clinic and school-based therapy settings
- Knowledge of Individualized Education Programs (IEP)
