Facilities Supervisor - Skilled Nursing Facility

Mercer Manor Rehabilitation is hiring a Facilities Supervisor for a full-time position at our skilled nursing facility. This role is responsible for supporting a safe, well-maintained, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

The Facilities Supervisor oversees daily maintenance operations, coordinates repairs, and helps ensure building systems and equipment are functioning properly. This is a hands-on leadership role within the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance and repair needs throughout the facility

• Perform routine inspections of building systems and equipment

• Maintain and track a preventative maintenance program

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements

• Coordinate work orders and prioritize maintenance tasks

• Assist in supervising and supporting maintenance staff

• Address facility-related issues in a timely and efficient manner

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience

• General knowledge of building maintenance (electrical, plumbing, HVAC preferred)

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Dependable with a positive, team-oriented approach
