The Hardscape Foreman/Manager is responsible for overseeing small residential hardscape projects, managing a team of 3-5 workers to ensure high-quality installation and client satisfaction. This role involves direct communication with clients and reporting to the company owner, focusing on efficient site management and maintenance of equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily project activities to ensure timelines and quality standards are met
• Lead and motivate a small team of hardscape workers
• Manage job sites to maintain safety and organization
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding project progress and needs
• Oversee the maintenance and proper use of equipment

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in construction management
• Valid Driver's License
• Knowledge of residential hardscape installation techniques
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in equipment operation and material estimation
