Join our dynamic team as a *Per Diem Pediatric Physical Therapist* at the Toby and Leon Cooperman Therapy and Resource Center. In this role, you will contribute to the well-being of children (0-22 yrs.) with various special needs diagnoses. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you will provide quality clinical services, conduct evaluations, and deliver direct physical therapy services individually and in group settings.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
* Certification and state licensure as a Physical Therapist in good standing.
* Minimum 2 years of experience working with children with disabilities and special needs.
* Strong organizational, documentation, and time management skills.
* Initiative and problem-solving abilities.
* Effective communication skills with clients, families, and team members.
* Commitment and passion for the organization's values and mission.
Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
* Conduct evaluations and ongoing assessments for children with a spectrum of disabilities and special needs.
* Develop and implement effective treatment plans, establish goals, and write comprehensive reports.
* Collaborate with other professionals for innovative therapy approaches, including co-treatments when applicable.
* Maintain required paperwork in spreadsheets and documentation systems.
* Participate in collaborative meetings and treatment planning.
* Demonstrate flexibility to meet the needs of the team and children.
