About
The Fleet Sales Administrator will support our sales team by managing data, reporting, account maintenance, and coordination of fleet related initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring accurate reporting, organized account management, and smooth execution of fleet sales operations, marketing support, and special projects. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, data savvy, and comfortable working across departments in a fast paced environment.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting
Prepare and distribute monthly and quarterly fleet sales reports
Track sales performance, customer metrics, and key fleet KPIs
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports
Account Maintenance
Maintain and update fleet customer accounts and records
Support account setup, changes, and ongoing maintenance
Act as an administrative liaison between fleet customers and internal teams
Mapping & Data Management
Manage mapping of fleet accounts, territories, and sales data
Ensure accurate alignment of accounts to sales representatives and regions
Utilize internal systems and data tools effectively
Marketing & Website Support
Support updates and content related to fleet offerings on the marketing website
Coordinate with marketing teams on fleet-related materials and promotions
Fleet Meetings & Events
Prepare materials, reports, and presentations for fleet meetings
Assist with coordination and logistics for internal and external fleet meetings
Possible travel to fleet shows, trade events, or customer meetings
Special Projects
Assist with ad hoc projects supporting fleet sales initiatives
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams as needed
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Knowledge of fleet sales operations, sales administration, and account management practices
Familiarity with automotive, manufacturing, or motor parts environments preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools, with strong analytical capabilities
Experience with CRM systems, data access tools, and internal reporting platforms preferred
Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
Ability to manage multiple priorities and support special projects
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Ability to travel occasionally for fleet shows or industry events
TRAVEL:
Travel as needed (up to 20%) for fleet shows or industry events.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Previous experience in sales administration, fleet sales, automotive, or manufacturing environments preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
Data access and data management experience preferred
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
