About
Location: These positions will behybrid remote. Candidates willbe requiredto work onsite as needed. Preferred candidates will belocatednear Hanscom AFB (Boston, MA) or work in Huntsville, AL.
Primary ResponsibilitiesInclude: Install ServiceNow product/modules
Lead initiative to integratecommercial software into ServiceNow
Design/configure/develop/integrateproduct/modulesto meet business needs
Implementation of self-service catalog on ServiceNow.
Create,maintainand enhance Dashboards and reporting, including scheduled reports
Create andmaintainForms, Reports, Views, Workflows, Groups and Roles
Assistwith creation and cataloging of business process flows
Document and track vendor software roadmaps for software and patch version updates, and unit test their software and perform code reviews
BasicQualifications Bachelorsandeight8+years or more of experience;Mastersand6+years or more of experience.Additionalexperience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
Active Secret Security Clearance
US citizenshiprequired
Certifications: CompTIA Security+ or equivalent (IAT-2)
Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
Strong documentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Familiarity withDevSecOpsprinciples and practices.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and/or Kanban.
Excellent customer service skills, with experience working in a customer-facing position
Experience with ServiceNow implementations
Preferred Qualifications Experience with USAF Cloud One or Platform 1
Cloud certificationsin AWS, Azure, Google, or Oracle clouds
ServiceNow certification(s)

Pay Range:
Pay Range $107,900.00 - $195,050.00 The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
