Front-End Thermal Engineering Team

Hopkinton, Massachusetts.
As a
Thermal Architect,
you’ll be responsible for the development of compute and storage nodes supporting the Enterprise, AI, HPC, Telco and Cloud markets. You’ll work with our global thermal, electrical and mechanical engineering community on cutting edge electronic cooling solutions.
Develop thermal architecture and concepts for new innovative air and liquid cooling concepts and establish feasibility Create cutting edge cooling innovations through new technology exploration and integration Collaborate with mechanical engineering for design tradeoffs in node-level air and liquid cooling solutions BS, MS or PhD in mechanical engineering or related field
